The Sweetest Thing is a small but rapidly growing bakery in Richmond, VA that exist to create joyful moments by supplying baked goods that are unique and nostalgic, so that each experience is especially sweet.

​The Sweetest Thing is my labor of love. I can vividly remember helping my mom bake during the holidays, and learning her recipes along the way. As I got older, I started baking for others as an expression of love.

I never considered starting my own baking business until requests for my homemade desserts started to grow beyond family and friends. So I finally took the leap and made The Sweetest Thing official. Since then, the opportunities and creative flavors haven't stopped pouring in.
