Join us at The Hive on Thursday, July 16th from 6:30 to 7:30 PM for Bee Sweet: Mead & Cookie Pairing, a guided tasting experience featuring 4 specialty cookie and mead pairings. Leonda from The Sweetest Thing and Bill Cavender from Black Heath Meadery will guide guests through four thoughtfully selected pairings, each designed to highlight the flavors in both the cookie and the mead.
Pairings include:
1) Golden Milk Cookie with Demon Sweat
A cookie made with ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, and nutmeg paired with Demon Sweat, a hibiscus and cinnamon mead.
2) Raspberry Lemonade Cookie with Red Razz
A lemon sugar cookie with pieces of real freeze dried raspberries paired with Red Razz, a raspberry mead.
