• What is the Taste Tester Program? 

  • Answer: A subscription-based program where members receive an exclusive tee as their first delivery, and bi-monthly surprise cookie assortments featuring fan favorites, new flavors, and ideas suggested by members. 

• How does the subscription work?

  • Answer: Members are billed every two months and receive a dozen cookies curated just for them, for a total of 5 dozen throughout the year. The first delivery is the "Cookie RVA-ultion" tee only.

• Who can join the program?  

  • Answer: The program is open to all cookie lovers!

Subscription Details

• How long does the subscription last?

  • Answer: The subscription will auto-renew every other month unless canceled by the member for one year. ​

• How much does the subscription cost?

  • Answer: $25 for the subscription is automatically charged to the member’s chosen payment method every other month. Shipping is a flat rate of $8.

Subscription Management 

• Can I cancel my subscription?

  • Answer: Yes, you can cancel anytime by logging into your account or emailing thesweetestthing804@gmail.com. Cancellations only applies to future orders, and are not retroactive.

• Can I pause my subscription?

  • Answer: No. If you choose to skip a month, you will have to cancel your subscription and resubscribe to begin receiving cookies again.  You can also change the address of delivery or request delayed shipping.

• How do I update my shipping or billing information?

  • Answer: Simply log into your account to make changes to your information.  

Product Questions

• What’s included in each cookie box?

  • Answer: Each box includes a dozen cookies: a mix of current favorites, new flavors, and ideas inspired by our members.  

• Can I customize my cookie box?

  • Answer: Currently, the boxes are curated for a surprise experience, but we welcome flavor suggestions from members!

• What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

  • Answer: While we cannot accommodate custom orders in this program, we ask that you submit all dietary restrictions or allergens when submitting your order.   

Shipping and Delivery  

• When will I receive my first delivery?

  • Answer: Your exclusive tee will arrive within 7 to 10 business days of subscribing, and your first cookie box will follow the bi-monthly schedule and arrive in March.  

• When will I receive my cookies?

  • Boxes are shipped 5 to 7 days after subscription payment is processed. 

• How much does shipping cost? 

  • Answer: A flat fee of $8 applies.  

Other Questions

• How do I suggest a new cookie flavor? 

  • Answer: Members can submit flavor suggestions through the Official Taste Tester member area, and submit suggestions under the Flavor Feedback tab. The Sweetest Thing reserves the right to use member feedback for marketing purposes, and reviews may be shared publicly on the website and social media. Members also wave their right to any form of compensation if the suggested flavor makes it to the menu.

• What happens if I don’t like a flavor? 

  • Answer: We aim to delight you with every box! Let us know your thoughts, and we’ll use your feedback to refine future assortments.  

• What makes this program special? 

  • Answer: As a member, you’ll help shape the future of our cookie lineup, receive exclusive perks, and join a community of cookie enthusiasts.

Refund Policy

• If a box arrives damaged, members must contact customer support within 48 hours to request a replacement or refund. Due to the perishable nature of the cookies, refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with flavors, though feedback is welcome for future improvements.
